Founder of Cox Security Group

With over 45 years of experience in law enforcement and security management, I am dedicated to fostering safe environments and implementing effective security strategies. My journey in public service began as a Reserve Police Officer with a municipal agency in Los Angeles County, where I dedicated well over 10,000 hours to enhancing community safety and engagement.

I later served as a Police Sergeant with a specialized law enforcement agency in Los Angeles County, where I successfully implemented proactive strategies that successfully reduced crime rates across our jurisdiction. My team’s innovative community programs strengthened relationships and trust between law enforcement and the community.

After retiring from the police department, I transitioned to the role of Senior Vice President of Security and Investigative Services for a global financial institution. In this position, I led a team of professional security managers in assessing and mitigating security risks across retail and private banking operations. My expertise encompasses advanced knowledge of CCTV and alarm systems, access control, and executive protection, with experience spanning over 400 retail locations, private banks, data centers, and large corporate campuses. My background also includes conducting thorough risk assessments and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies to ensure comprehensive security coverage.

Drawing on my extensive background in law enforcement and corporate security, I am excited to channel my experience into building a top-tier security agency. My goal is to leverage decades of leadership and hands-on expertise to deliver reliable, customized security solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
